Shacknews reports that the court battle between Take-Two and 3D Realms over Duke Nukem Forever is getting a bit nasty. According to the Take Two statement, 3D Realms requested that they fully fund the game. This is a joke. You know how many times 3DR has had the shaft from these publishers?! They've been given jack all to develop with, like welfare funding and they expect to finish a game and expect huge returns. Greedy bastards all of em.
