Awesome! This is exactly the price point I've been waiting for! Second gen, here I come!

My grey old Playstation1 is going in the bin tonight. Shame, I only got it two years ago..

Playstation 2 is still very popular. They wouldn't continue to make games for it if it weren't. It's only a $29 price drop anyhow. Rolling Eyes

Lol too little too late the credit has crunched and left a trail of banks in its crumbs. Meanwhile Sony trying to scew some gullible and outdated bafoons to buy a console as outdated as Bush second term inauguration. Decline is the sign for the Japanese manufacturing sector .. ah well cheaper stuff !

I don't think you fully understand the true popularity of PS2. It may be outdated but it is still one of the most successful and most played console that continues to welcome new titles. For the family on a budget it's a great console. I have one and my children play it constantly.
