It wasn't on high pressure A high pressure washer can puncture a car tyre, 100bar+ pressure from them, and most certainly have pierced and seriously injured the girl.
The woman wouldn't have been able to hold it oned-handed, that's for sure!!
Yes it was wrong, but get the facts right. With the spray lance removed (low pressure mode) it's little more than a weak garden hose and THAT hose was on low pressure mode. |
