They changed this. I was told and have emails that it 'wouldn't' just be open to UK but global and limited number of testers. I even have an email they said I would definitely be a tester!!! PFFFFF! I since forwarded that e-mail and called them a bunch of liars. They've already gotten a lot of flack but then have made 'special' exceptions to certain people. Total BS. And to think I helped these bastards out when they leaked their Alpha... Pfff. Wont be doing them any favors.
