Crazy budgets go on licenses and spent hyping a product on a console to death! *NEVER* game quality!! Unless on the very,very rare occasion that they have a leading track record.
The ones (producers/devs) that don't spout crap and remain obscure tend to be the titles that offer more value imo.
Once the ego is 'formed' they sit on their laurels.....
