Yes, just waiting to see 'the price' so I can laugh at how retarded they expect me to be. I'd like to see the same philosophy in terms of pricing consoles happen to video cards. But I sincerely doubt it. |

A site I frequent..
http://www.coolestech.com/forumz/showthread.php?tid=155
to save you the time and based on rumors
| Quote: | | The 8800GTX will have 512 MB of ram while the 8800GT will have from 256 MB-512 MB of RAM and will also have slower core and memory clock speeds, and possibly fewer pipelines, than the 8800GTX. |
Now what are you going to get?

For what I would consider getting costs between the $499-599 range.. just not worth it to 'me', I'm definitely going console and I'm not waiting for other cards to lower the price of this one. I have no problem playing with a game pad and practice makes perfect. It's less hassle period. Having played it on 42-60 inch hdtv screens PC doesn't hold a candle to the common sense a console offers..nVidia and ATI should change their pricing schemes or kill PC gaming. Or maybe that's the whole idea?
But this is a rumor, so who knows huh? |
