Pity they screwed up quake 4 as its got 0 controller support.
Doom 1/2/3 and all the newer games work fine with controller.
Quake 1/2/3 and many others work fine with controller.
But Quake 4, nope not at all.
You can go through and manually bind controls but it feels weird and stupid. It should have conroller support but it doesnt.
I tried yesterday on my legion go and only mouse support, in game nothing. works but mouse.
I tried it a few years back on the steam deck and thats why I never finished it, it was just poor from lack of controller support. |
