A ZOTAC customer who sent his RTX 4090 in for warranty repair four times due to crashes, freezing, artifacts, and PCIe errors has received an unexpected upgrade.

After the fourth RMA, ZOTAC replaced the card with a brand-new RTX 5090 at no extra cost.

The replacement is a ZOTAC GeForce RTX 5090 SOLID model.
