Any data you unleash an LLM on should at the very least be backed up properly (in a tested, working way) so you can recover with ease.
I used Claude Cowork to sort and manage some of my files because doing it manually would have taken days or weeks. Big success there for me and no data loss. But the data I had it work on, I had three copies of, one of which was offline. |
