Unleash Alliance: Future Combat, an upcoming "tactical real-time strategy game that takes modern warfare to the next level."  The game is scheduled to begin shipping of February 2006.

Were those shots taken on an ATI card. Look at the smoke, a horrible ATI incompatibility. They had this problem in FEAR and COD2, took 3 driver releases for a fix. Game doesn't look half bad actually.
