Between $80 games and price increases instead of price drops on Xbox, PlayStation, and more, it seems like we're all getting priced out of console gaming. So what's that mean for the future?

The value of money is constantly being diluted through inflation. Prices go up, but wages don't follow at nearly that pace. For the past many decades, people who haven't negotiated *huge* increase in their wages regularly have seen serious cuts to their income, more or less silently. So we earn less, but everything costs more. It is indeed unsustainable and not just for gaming, our society is collapsing.
