Flaming Sheep Software has released
the final version (1.0) of their Classic Doom 3 mod (local US mirror ~ 160MB) for Doom 3. This version contains the full episode of "Knee Deep In The Dead" in both single player and multiplayer styles.

Alongside the inclusion of maps E1M6, E1M7 and E
