Microsoft has been hard at work completing the Xbox hardware and getting updated XDKs into developers hands before E3, and according to this official report, the hardware is ready. Jeff Henshaw, Executive Producer of the XDK committee, states that the "final" Xbox development kits should reach developers before E3 in mid-May. Henshaw's team was responsible for having the development hardware ready before E3 at a recent Microsoft Xbox meeting, and they succeeded.
