 Activision has announced that Reflexive's squad-based strategy game, Star Trek Away Team, has gone gold and should hit stores around March 20th. In Star Trek Away Team, the player controls a Special Forces unit of 17 highly trained specialists recruited by Starfleet for their unique combat, stealth and problem solving abilities. Away teams are comprised of three to six specialist, chosen by the player at the start of each mission. The team will have access to standard Starfleet equipment such as tricorders, phasers, hyposprays and phaser rifles as well as a number of new classified special issue items.
