As promised, Remedy and Rockstar have released
The Max Payne 2 Modification Tools.
This
22MB package includes everything you need to create custom levels and mods
for the game - MaxED 2, RasMaker 2 , ParticleFX and KFExport for 3dsmax5 Plugins
and Max Payne 2 Scripts. Here's description: "Max Payne 2 lets you easily play
user-made maps and content modifications, 'mods'. Some mods might modify the
original game to give Max new weapons, new skills or a new perspective. Others
