sent us press release announcing
Chariots: The First
Olympics, the upcoming racing game set in the age of the first Olympics in
Ancient Greece. Chariots: The First Olympics will feature 8 different
charioteers, both men and women, each with their own unique abilities, 8
different chariot models with different handling characteristics, Race
tracks which plunge from soaring snowbound mountains to verdant Grecian meadows
and meander through undulating deserts, and of course some ancient monuments
like the Lighthouse of Pharos, Temple of Zeus, Acropolis and the Giza pyramids.
According to the PR, Chariots: The First Olympics is slated for release in third
quarter 2003 and will be available on PC, Linux, Apple Mac, Sony PlayStation2,
Xbox and GameCube. A publishing deal will be announced in a few weeks.
