- Net service theft alleged 7 men indicted, computer equipment seized -
Seven men whose computers were seized based on accusations that they
altered modems to increase high-speed Internet cable service were indicted
yesterday by a Lucas County grand jury. The theft of the service - called
bandwidth - from Buckeye Express, an Internet provider operated by Buckeye
CableSystem, ended June 26 when authorities served search warrants and seized
computers and modems at residences in Toledo and surrounding suburbs.
- Holograms in Motion -
This kind of interactive science is on the way, and it will be made
possible by a new generation of 3-D video displays. The technology enlists the
power of holograms-or reasonable facsimiles thereof-to dish up startlingly
realistic images that appear to pop out of the screen. Imagine the 3-D scenes
produced by the venerable View-Master toy cranked up to "11" on the reality
dial. But the new 3-D video images won't require special viewing devices.
Users won't have to don the headgear or eyewear that tends to be distracting
and can cause eyestrain, as they do with current so-called 3-D displays.
- AIBO Speed Board ERA-201TP2 -

its very own scooter. You can navigate AIBO's skating with voice commands such
as Turn left and Super Slalom!. Create your own skate routines by moving AIBO
to record the motions that can then be replayed later on.

alpha version. I will rather wait for the final version :) But anyway, for
those who leeched it already, here is a few links:
how to load e3 demo maps /

"903 fixes a small problem that prevented some people from registering FlashFXP.
There is no LiveUpdate because LiveUpdate is for registered users, if you've registered FlashFXP you don't need this fix."
| Comments from Gene Vantreese | posted - 01:05 AM CET - Nov,05 2002 | | i dont think its right for you to post links to copyrighted material that has not been realeased to the public and it does not mater if the material has been leached by someone else tand they told thier friends and so on
linking to thoes pages makes you as guilty as they are and if the links link to the original material you put your company at risk of being shut down by the feds for violation of the computer crimes act. linking to stolen material makes you an acomplace.you can also be sued by the injured party
and i am sure that ID software has more money than Your company.please dont destoy the best gameing site on the web by linking to such materials.

| Comments from NOTHING | posted - 05:28 AM CET - Nov,05 2002 | | Well, not that it needs any, but it gives it a hell of a lot more publicity and all the more reason to run out and get this game when it does get released. As IDsoftware stated, simple run and kill anything that moves. Good enough for me to go back to simple basics as long as they can scare the shite out of me with the claustrophobic darkness that seems to be the direction of the game. You don't have to bother with the links to copyrighted stuff and nothing you do can stop it anyways. Spoil yourself if you want, but I'm waiting for the final retail. Don't you just love the internet. Cherish it as things are and will be changing drastically. | | The old comment system has been replaced. Use the regular FORUMS!
