coming up with a whole new series of cards and basically creating a GeForce3 Pro and MX
but naming them the Ti 200 and Ti 500.
- Matrox Millennium G550 Dual-DVI Review - Matrox being Matrox
just isn't interested in the 3D side of things and is still a couple of generations behind
the competition, but there is reasoning behind this. Their line of graphics cards focus
heavily on image quality, 2D performance and advanced features - the way it's been all
along for Matrox. So without further a due, we bring you the latest creation from Matrox,
the G550 Dual-DVI.

- SBLive To Audigy Conversion Results - MaxReboot has recieved this e-mail from vcept. He included a
screenshot with it: I tried the SBLive -> Audigy shit, and it appears to work as
far as I can tell, not much testing done at the moment. Included is a screeny of the
device manager showing my SBLive using the Audigy drivers for itself and the gameport with
a benchmark in the background showing the cpu usage before and after, notice the huge drop
in % and that the second scores are exactly what an Audigy would get apart from the two
spikes to 46 and 44% but that was probably because I was doing other shit while the
benchmark was going. For more info check Maxreboots coverage of the conversion and download Audigy.rar (54MB)
with instructions on how to proceed. Mirrors: HC TechNews, TweakUp, Hardware Online.
