HomeLAN chats with Near Death Studios' Brian Green as he talks about their plans to revive one of the first graphical massively multiplayer RPGs', Meridian 59. Here is a snip:
HomeLAN: Will there be a lot of changes in terms of gameplay to your version of Meridian 59?
Brian Green: Yes and no. There are some changes we will be able to make that were impossible before because we had to support existing characters. With the clean start, we will be able to make some changes to the game that were impossible before, particularly major changes to the spell system. And, of course, sometimes fixing a bug that people have relied on will change the strategies employed.
