Arkane Lyon Faces November 13 Deadline to Find Buyer, Report Says - briefly|

According to French outlet Le Monde, citing a union representative, several takeover options are under consideration. The process began in mid-summer under France’s Florange Law, which requires large companies to seek a buyer before certain closures. About 217 jobs are at risk if no partner is found.
Microsoft told Le Monde it is "actively seeking a partner to support the next phase of development and enable the commercialization of the [Marvel’s Blade] project." The game was announced in 2023, and a union representative said production is nearing the end.
Bloomberg reporter Jason Schreier later noted that multiple paths are being explored that could save the studio, adding he would be surprised if it shuts down. Microsoft has not confirmed a final decision, and the information comes from reporting and union statements rather than a direct company announcement.
