John Wick 5 Is Real. That "Last Dance" Quote Isn't - briefly|

A viral post from parody account @ChaosCrave_ claimed Keanu Reeves had "reportedly confirmed" that John Wick: Chapter 5 will be his last time playing the assassin.
No interview, Lionsgate statement, or trade outlet has published that "last dance" quote. Lionsgate did announce Chapter 5 at CinemaCon 2025, with Reeves returning and Chad Stahelski directing. In April 2026, Lionsgate chair Adam Fogelson told Business Insider the pair have "an idea that they think can be really exciting," but he would not set a timeline.
The Donnie Yen Caine spin-off and an animated prequel are slated to arrive first. The "JOHN 5 WICK" poster circulating with the rumor is fan-made, not official Lionsgate art.
