LTT Builds a $10K Ryzen and RTX 5090 Flagship PC - tech|

The machine pairs AMD’s 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X3D2 Dual Edition with MSI’s limited RTX 5090 Lightning Z, a water-cooled 32GB card that can run an 800-watt or 1,000-watt BIOS.
AMD lists the CPU at 16 cores, 32 threads, and a 200-watt TDP, and the Lightning Z launched as a scarce flagship with dual power connectors and its own display.
LTT also used an ASRock X870E Taichi board, 64GB of G.Skill DDR5, a 2TB WD Black SN8100 SSD, and a 1,600-watt Seasonic PSU.
The “best PC” label and the roughly $10,000 total are the channel’s pitch, not an official ranking.
