DLSS 5 Hits NBA 2K27 After a Cyberpunk Leak - briefly|
| (hx) 11:39 PM CEST - Sep,02 2026 | NVIDIA says DLSS 5 with 3D-Guided Neural Rendering goes live September 3 at 9 p.m. Pacific in NBA 2K27. At launch it is limited to GeForce RTX 50-series cards and GeForce NOW. The first public file came from an NBA 2K27 early-access build; modders then injected it into Cyberpunk 2077 and other games.
Those unofficial Cyberpunk tests are not a studio integration and have no NVIDIA artist masks.One leaked-mod benchmark on an RTX 5090 at 4K Quality fell from 63 to 42 frames per second.
NVIDIA added developer sliders and masks after the March preview so studios can limit what the model retouches.
