Witcher 4 Targets 2028 Release - briefly|

CD Projekt Red has confirmed that The Witcher 4 is targeting a 2028 release window.
Joint CEO Michal Nowakowski shared the news in a video, noting the studio is not ready to give an exact date.
The game will not appear at Gamescom this week.
Instead, CDPR will showcase The Witcher 3’s new expansion, Songs of the Past, which is planned for 2027.
More than 500 developers are currently working on what the studio calls its biggest and most ambitious game to date.
Fans will have to wait a bit longer, but the team is focusing on delivering a deep open-world experience with Ciri in the lead.
