New pricing data from Germany shows the average price of DDR5 memory has climbed to almost five times the July 2025 level, August has been worse The increase is steep: a 32GB DDR5-6000 kit that cost around €208 in July 2025 has recently approached €1,000 in Germany. For a budget PC build, RAM could become one of the most painful upgrade costs. |
