Kratos Actor Criticizes Game Adaptations for Ignoring Creators - briefly|

Christopher Judge, the voice of Kratos in God of War, has criticized video game TV adaptations for leaving out the original creators.
Speaking at a Fan Expo panel, Judge said studios often take successful game properties and fail to hire anyone involved with the source material.
He pointed to The Last of Us, praising Pedro Pascal but questioning why the original game cast and writers were not involved, especially for shot-for-shot episodes.
Judge also questioned Amazon’s upcoming God of War series for not bringing back the game’s writers, who have spent decades immersed in the world.
“These guys have been immersed in this world for 20 years, but someone’s gonna know better?” he said.
