Blade Runner 2099 Confirmed as Limited Serie - briefly

Prime Video’s Blade Runner 2099 has been officially confirmed as a limited series.

The show will consist of eight episodes that tell a complete, self-contained story.

Showrunner Silka Luisa stated there will be no second season.

All episodes are set to release simultaneously on November 25 on Prime Video.

The series stars Michelle Yeoh and Hunter Schafer and is set 50 years after *Blade Runner 2049*.

It was always intended as a one-and-done project rather than an ongoing franchise.
