YouTuber Harrison Nevel bought an abandoned storage unit for $4,010 after spotting high-end gear in the auction photos.

Inside he found professional DJ equipment, gaming hardware, monitors, synthesizers, and rare audio gear.

Notable items included a Devialet Phantom speaker, Barefoot monitors, Technics turntables, a PS5, and multiple high-end mixers.

Almost everything worked, and the total estimated value reached about $22,850.

The unit appears to have belonged to a professional musician or DJ.

Nevel plans to resell the items through his website.
