NVIDIA Releases GeForce 610.82 Beta Driver Fixing Game Crashes - tech|
| (hx) 07:50 PM CEST - Jul,22 2026 | NVIDIA has released the GeForce 610.82 Hotfix Beta display driver to address a pair of issues affecting recent Game Ready driver releases. The update resolves stability problems in Halo: Campaign Evolved on GeForce RTX 50 series GPUs when using the 610.xx driver branch. It also fixes intermittent long pauses that could occur during extended Path of Exile 2 gameplay sessions running in DirectX 12 mode. As with all NVIDIA hotfix releases, this is a beta, optional driver. It undergoes a shortened QA cycle and will be pulled once its fixes are rolled into the next official WHQL-certified release. Users seeking maximum stability may prefer to wait for that broader driver update.
