A hacker known as voices38 has successfully bypassed Denuvo DRM in the newly released *Assassin's Creed Shadows*, releasing a fully functional cracked version.
The crack removes the protection without requiring a hypervisor, meaning the game runs stably with no extra system load or emulation overhead.
The release comes as a large 144 GB package and includes instructions for applying the crack to legitimate game files.
It reportedly works across Windows, Linux (via Proton), and macOS (via CrossOver), making it one of the more accessible cracks for the title so far.
voices38 has downplayed the difficulty of Ubisoft’s latest security measures, claiming they do not pose major challenges.
