Fake Xbox Leak Claims GTA 6 Needs Massive 676GB - briefly|

A viral X post claims Xbox accidentally leaked GTA 6’s file size as **676.7GB** on its store page, sparking huge reactions online.
The image is **fake** — it incorrectly shows compatibility with the old Xbox One (GTA 6 is next-gen only for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S).
Credible industry estimates put the real size at roughly **150–250GB**, though Rockstar has not officially confirmed it yet.
For comparison: Red Dead Redemption 2 is ~150GB, most modern Call of Duty titles (with updates) are 100–200GB+, and many big open-world games now exceed 100GB.
The exaggerated 676GB figure appears to be a troll/joke (the number 67/676 has been memed before).
Gamers will need serious storage for the November 19, 2026 release, but nothing close to the viral fake number.
