China's First WHQL Gaming GPU Hits Shelves - tech

Lisuan Tech has launched its 7G100 gaming GPU in China, marking the country's first Microsoft WHQL-certified graphics card for gamers.

Priced around $500 (similar to an RTX 5060 Ti), the 6nm card with 12GB GDDR6 delivers real-world performance closer to the older RTX 3060 in titles like Cyberpunk 2077.

It supports DirectX 12 and Vulkan, works with over 100 games thanks to certified drivers, but lacks hardware ray tracing and shows some stuttering.

Only 1,000 units are available starting May 20-22, 2026, as part of China's push for domestic tech independence.
