Windows 11 Taskbar Finally Goes Vertical & Tiny! - tech

Microsoft just rolled out a long-awaited update for Windows 11 Insiders that lets you move the taskbar to the top, left, or right sides of your screen. You can also shrink it for a more compact look that saves space on smaller devices.

Head to Settings > Personalization > Taskbar > Taskbar behaviors to switch it on.

These changes are now live in the Experimental Channel (build 26300.8493) and Beta Channel.
