Mirror Madness: Perceptum Horror Trailer Drops - movie|
| (hx) 10:34 AM CEST - Apr,12 2026 | Indie studio Duck Reaction, run by two brothers, has released a tense teaser trailer for Perceptum, a psychological horror game where players step into the shoes of an older female medium investigating a family's mysterious disappearance in an oppressive house.
Armed only with a pocket mirror to reveal hidden threats and the ability to close her eyes to navigate via distorted sounds, the protagonist must endure an atmosphere of constant paranoia and unease in this roughly three-hour first-person experience with no combat.
Heavily inspired by the influential P.T. demo, the game emphasizes discomfort through eerie visuals and the unsettling feeling that something is always lurking just out of sight.
A free playtest is currently available on Steam, drawing buzz from horror fans for its innovative mirror-based gameplay and unique older protagonist.
