Red Dead Redemption for PS4 version 1.03 update now available, adds 60 frames per second option on PS5 - briefly

Rockstar Games has released the version 1.03 update for the PlayStation 4 version of Red Dead Redemption, which adds a 60 frames per second toggle in the “Display” options menu when played on PlayStation 5. Previously, the PlayStation 4 version, as well as the Switch version that launched alongside it, only supported 30 frames per second. While Red Dead Redemption will still only run at 30 frames per second when played on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 users now have the option of playing the game at a better frame rate of 60 frames per second.
