AQ2World - Play AQtion on Steam - briefly

AQtion is now available on Steam for Windows, macOS, and Linux (thanks Xylemon). This is a free standalone game based on Action Quake 2, an extremely popular multiplayer mod for Quake II intended to recreate the look and feel of a John Woo-style action movie. One of the creators of the original mod was Minh "Gooseman" Le, who went on to even greater fame as one of the creators of the original Counter-Strike modification for Half-Life which evolved into an extremely successful commercial franchise. This new release has been stripped of any copyrighted content to allow it to be distributed, allowing fans of the original mod to relive its glory days.
