Neither of these happened for the first time. They were also listing their Steam controller when they launched that thing. I guess the reason is because you can purchase it through the platform?

Those multiple entries happened before too, but not sure if those are just entries for different regions? If so, they should be labelled as such and not just the raw name shown multiple times

Yup. I remember vividly in the past GTA V being listed more than once in the top sales charts.
