Epic Games has purchased Psyonix - briefly|
| (hx) 09:40 AM CEST - May,02 2019 | | Epic Games has announced that it has acquired the creators of Rocket League, Psyonix. Moreover, Rocket League will come to the Epic Games Store as an exclusive title in late 2019, meaning that the game will no longer be sold on Valve’s distribution service, Steam.
As the press release reads, the PC version of Rocket League will come to the Epic Games store in late 2019 and in the meantime, it will continue to be available for purchase on Steam. Once Rocket League becomes available on the Epic Games Store, the Steam version will not be available for purchase, though the game will continue to be supported on Steam for all existing purchasers. |
