Kingdom Come: Deliverance Documentary Video - movie
(hx) 10:11 PM CEST - Apr,07 2018
This video also touches some other topics, like the grey key re-sellers markets and the hatred towards Daniel Vávra. Regarding the grey key re-sellers, Warhorse claimed that it is similar to piracy and players should support the developers by buying their games either from official sellers or from a developer’s website in order to support them, otherwise small studios may close. It’s an interesting documentary so be sure to watch it if you have the time.

So resellers BUY "somewhere, somehow" the game (one way or the other money that is supposed to go game studio will go to game studio), and then sell the keys. And it's same as piracy? That PR guy is an idiot.

well there was a story a while back that the keys came from interesting places such as stolen shipments of games etc.
in that case it's basically piracy as the studio and publisher isn't seeing any return of investment.

in that case yes. Tho i bet the shipments are secured (insured), so still money. Also, thousands of keys? Over 100.000 for Diablo 3...(just an example). I don't know how they get discounts or whatever, not everything is steam etc. but they do. And if I can pay 30$ instead of 60$, and it's a legit key, I really don't care for origin. No one asks if some bills in their wallets have been stolen, repossessed from someone that ended up on the street or w/e. I am not going to be a moralist when it suits me, and ignore everything else.
