Opting to forego KickStarter in favor of the the Tim Schaffer-backed Fig platform, fans can virtually lob their cash at the project in order to bring it to PC, Mac, Linux, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. In the end, Double Fine is looking to raise $3,300,000 USD to make the project a reality.

Kids today will not want to play the original, so is their target audience all the people with arrested development that still think Tim Schafer makes good games?
