World of Tanks free for all Xbox 360 players - console

World of Tanks: Xbox 360 Edition will be free to play this weekend for all Xbox Live members, even those without a Gold membership, developer Wargaming announced today. The free period will begin this Friday, March 28 at 12:01AM PDT and run all the way through Sunday, March 30 at 11:59 PDT. This weekend will coincide with the release of new map, Prokhorovka, which is being issued after players completed the community-wide Map Madness campaign. Previously, Xbox Live Silver members could take advantage of a seven-day trial for World of Tanks: Xbox 360 Edition. Silver members who have already played out their trial time will be able to take advantage of the open access this weekend.
