| Csimbi | (05:13 PM CET - Dec,16 2013 ) | It is the government that sells the radio spectrum, and they charge a lot for it. I am not sure what gives them the right to do so however. They don't own the air.
This is already a reality to some extent if you consider the WiFi in your laptop an antenna (however short-range it is) - or mobile phones. |
