Square Enix has released a trailer and some details on the updated PC version of Final Fantasy VII. If you look at the bottom of the website you'll find a few more details, like a mention of the game being "available exclusively on the SQUARE ENIX Store," and the system requirements.
PC Only Features Include:
Achievements -- 36 brand new achievements, only available as digital download on PC!
Cloud Saves -- Continue and save your progress wherever you are. (Requires internet connection)
Character Booster -- Stuck? Boost your stats for that extra advantage.
Optimized for PC -- Play FINAL FANTASY VII on the latest hardware.

what the hell? Is square THIS desperate??? There is already a pc version and it works just fine on the latest hardware and if i wanted to cheat i could download one of the billion trainers online.
