DRIVER San Francisco extends the cinematic, open world car chase experience with a groundbreaking new gameplay feature called 'shift.' Gamers will play as Detective John Tanner on a relentless manhunt for crime lord Charles Jericho through the hills of the City by the Bay. With over 130+ licensed vehicles, ranging from iconic muscle cars to modern supercars, its timeless setting, unique car handling and renewed playability, DRIVER San Francisco will revitalize the over-the-top car chase experience for the current generation of gaming platforms.
The game will feature a lengthy campaign set in and around San Francisco, with 208 miles of drivable road. There will also be a multiplayer aspect which was debuted at E3 last year. Look for more info on Driver: San Francisco in the coming months, then keep an eye out for it in stores when it is released on Mac, MS, PS3 and Xbox 360, with a modified version for the Wii, due out on August 30.
