Tag: The Power of Paint was a freeware title developed by students attending the DigiPen Institute of Technology. Some of the students behind the project were hired by Valve according to rumors, but before leaving school behind for a dream job at Valve they left the internet with a little taste of what ultimately became the variety of "Gel" related gameplay elements seen in Portal 2.
