EA reveals Crysis 2 system requirements - briefly|
| (hx) 10:55 PM CET - Feb,02 2011 | Electronic Arts Germany has posted system requirements for the game on the official Crysis Facebook page, giving folks a chance to upgrade before the March 22 release date. The Facebook posting, which is in German, says Crysis 2 will require at least:
* Internet connection to play for the installation of the game and get online
* OS: XP / Vista / Windows 7
* CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 2GHz, AMD Athlon 64 X2 2Ghz or better
* 2 GB RAM
* Hard Drive: 9 GB
* DVD ROM: 8x
* GPU: nVidia 8800GT 512Mb RAM, ATI 3850HD 512Mb RAM or better
* Audio: DirectX 9.0c-compatible
* Keyboard, Mouse or the Microsoft Xbox 360 Controller for Windows
No wonder, being a console port means the requirements would be pretty low. Hopefully the gameplay makes up for that. So far this game isn't on my priority list. |

By playable I mean ~60fps @ 1080P 4XAA DX10 V.High/Enthusiast. Sorry but anything below that, does not make the game justice. |

Oh look KoToR has shit specs gameplay must be shite....... It's the typical PC mentality again eh. Much better if you can boast about FPS ~ it's realy got fuck all to do with gameplay guys admit it? As long as you can say; played at 22567x9874 x32 x52 @320fps, temps ~3C lol that's what matters. Especialy when the majority of the forum says 'it runs like shit and the sound stutters', then you can say 'dude, buy a decent rig' :wink: |
