How to Crack the Call of Duty Black Ops Code - briefly

It turns out those sneaky developers at Treyarch inserted a secret message into Black Ops, using two separate encryption methods to hide the code in each of the level's mission briefing. YouTube user 01MaverickTen10 posted a video explanation of the code that makes him sound like a straight-up crazy person, but the message is actually pretty intriguin:
