Tripwire and Teotl Studios have announced the release of a playable
demo for the action-puzzler, The
Ball. The demo includes levels from the full game along with
some Survival Mode maps. System requirements are shown after the jump.
The game is now available for via Steam, priced $19.99/17.99
€/£14.99. In The Ball, as a swashbuckling
archaeologist working on the slopes of a dormant volcano somewhere in
Mexico, you get stuck in a cavern. You reveal ancient ruins that have
been hidden from outsiders for centuries and discover a mysterious
artifact, a gold and metal shelled Ball. As you progress towards
solving the mystery of this amazing place you must unlock the secrets
of The Ball and learn to control this ancient artifact. You will also
start to encounter not just puzzles and traps, but also various strange

Great game. Ok, not so great to blow your head off, but very enjoyable nontheless. Finished it last week, although I guess I should try the challenges, since Steam has quite a few achievements yet to go.
