The rumoured Ultimate Edition of Battlefield
Bad Company 2 is official, and it's out today.. Carrying a
MSRP of $59.99, the PS3 and Xbox 360 release features the original
'first day' unlocks bundles with the game's Limited Edition
release, the (still console-exclusive) 4-player co-op 'Onslaught' mode,
and DICE's lone downloadable project Battlefield 1943.
The Ultimate Edition features the following:
- The best-selling Xbox Live/PlayStation Network game, Battlefield 1943
- This year's break-out, best-in-class shooter, Battlefield: Bad
Company 2
- Battlefield: Bad Company 2 "Onslaught" mode, an intense 4-player
co-op experience
- Immediate access to four vehicle upgrades and two weapon unlocks from
day 1, a bonus originally included in the Battlefield: Bad Company 2
Limited Edition
In addition, A new Battlefield: Bad Company 2 server
build (R21) has been rolling out since last Friday. This
update does not apply to clients. If you own a server, contact your
server provider to see if your server has been updated.
