This is probably the most useless thing apple ever cooked up.
Tablets have about two useful applications as far as I can tell:
1. For business who need fast and portable data entry, like delivery services, stocktaking and so forth.
and
2. For artists to draw with. (I am artist and I used tablet PCs to draw)
but this thing will miss both markets, because businesses don't need expensive gimmickery and it is 95% useless to artists because it most likely uses Apple's "I only work with your dirty fatty fingers!"-touchscreen.
So, unless the artist is looking for a really expensive and stupid way to do fingerpainting, they won't be interested in that either.
Somehow I still think millions of people will buy it, and a week later they wonder what exactly they need it for.

It works as an ebook. I think that is pretty cool.
I do think it's hilarious how he keeps saying, "...you can see the whole screen!"..."This is soo great..."
All I can think is, well that has been the case for me every single day using my desktop, and this new thing must still be far more frustrating to use efficiently on the internet. I don't have much need to move around all the time though. Thankfully I don't have to suffer moronically small and/or smudgy screens when trying to get information quickly.

Piece of junk, missing lots of features. Price is a joke. Good luck Job's at pushing that crap to your customers. I even know people who love Apple and say this thing is complete junk. Yes, I see us moving to a similar aparatus in the future but this thing is a far cry from what the future will bring. No USB, no camera, no phone wtf were they thinking. Piece of junk with a big price tag. This is no replacement for a laptop. It shouldn't be called IPad it should be called LPad for Lame Pad.
